How long is the show?
Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they please during operating hours. The average time spent in the space is 80 minutes.
Where are the shows?
We are opening in various venues throughout the country. Please keep up to date on our city pages for location information.
Are my pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted except for service animals.
Are there group rates? Do you do corporate events?

Tickets are valid for their listed date and entry window only. One person per group must have ID that matches the name on their ticket. There are no refunds and no transfers. Tickets from resellers or third parties are not valid. Only tickets purchased directly from Wonderspaces are valid for entry.
Can I change my ticket time or get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I bring a camera and take pictures?
Yes. Non-commercial picture-taking is allowed. We experiment with camera-free periods during the shows, but any restrictions on camera use will be included in the ticket information before purchase.
Can I hold a commercial photo shoot at the show?
Commercial shoots and professional video equipment are prohibited.
When will future tickets be released?
Tickets will be released on a rolling basis one month at a time. Please sign up for our email list in order to receive information on future ticket releases.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket and a photo ID. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the show. Strollers and large bags must be checked upon entry.
Is Wonderspaces ADA accessible?
Are food and beverages available inside the show?
Yes, there is a snack bar with a selection of snacks and drinks.
Is adult supervision required?
Children under 16 require adult supervision.
Do you hold private events?
Yes. Please contact Gia@wonderspaces.com with requests.
Can I buy someone else’s ticket?
Only tickets purchased directly from Wonderspaces will be valid for entry. At least one member of each group must have an ID matching the name on the tickets. No exceptions.
Why can I only buy one ticket?
If only one ticket is available, that means there is only one ticket remaining for that time slot. If you are looking to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.
