Frequently Asked Questions

You can think of Wonderspaces as a pop-up museum of extraordinary experiences.  Those experiences range from room-sized interactive art installations to virtual reality films and include art enjoyed at the world’s biggest festivals and fairs.

Every ticket has a date and time.  A limited number of tickets are available per entrance time and entrance times run every 30 minutes from opening to an hour and a half before closing.  Our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your ticket grants you entry into our exhibition at your selected time, please arrive on time to guarantee entry.  When purchasing your ticket, you'll have the option to either print your ticket or receive a mobile version by text or email. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled entrance time, you may be denied entry. Bring your ticket with you.

The number of people allowed at each entry time is capped to preserve the best possible visitor experience.   You may purchase tickets at the door, but we recommend you purchase online in order to secure tickets for the time you want.  Most popular entrance times will sell out.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

It's up to you!  For planning purposes, the average is one hour thirty minutes when watching one of the three virtual reality films.   Wait times for VR films vary; we recommend you visit as early in the day as possible.

Can I bring MY kids?

Yes, all ages are welcome!  Please note that children under thirteen must be accompanied by an adult and only one of three virtual reality films - Show it 2 Me by Titmouse - is available to children under thirteen, due to the hardware manufacturers' restrictions.
