PRODUCTION MANAGER

Los Angeles, CA

Under the direction of the Creative Director, and in close coordination with our design and operations teams, the Production Manager will develop plans for how we implement artwork within our shows and for how we create the physical infrastructures of our shows, while staying true to our artists’ intentions and balancing the needs of the Wonderspaces system.  The Production Manager will then supervise the execution of those plans as shows travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Build detailed plans for the presentation of artwork and show infrastructure in coordination with artists, contractors, and our show design team
  • Create standards, training, and processes related to the setup, operations, and transport of artwork and show infrastructure in coordination with the show operations team
  • Supervise city teams in the setup, maintenance, and transport processes
  • Ensure visitor and team safety in all Wonderspaces activity
  • Develop and improve systems and processes related to the setup, operations, maintenance, teardown, and transport of art and show infrastructure
