This Statement of Privacy (this “Statement”) governs the manner in which Wonderspaces, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Wonderspaces”, the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”) collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from customers and others who interact with the Company’s products, software, services, and websites, including any Company membership program but excluding any other services provided to you by the Company under a separate agreement (collectively, “Services”). Certain aspects of your private information, including credit card payment processing, are governed also by the User Agreement (available here), which is hereby incorporated in its entirety by reference.

We collect personal information from you when using the Services, such as when you choose to share information with others, including inviting contacts and sending feedback. We collect information when you interact with our customer service to accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries and investigate breaches of the User Agreement or this Statement. We collect non-personal information about your computer hardware and software when you use the Services. This information can include your device type, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, IP address, internet service provider, pages visited, and referring website addresses. We may use a third party program to assist us in analyzing this data to better tailor our Services to our users.

To inform you of other products or Services available from the Company and its affiliates.

How do we protect your information?
We engage in customary data collection, storage and processing practices and utilize certain security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. We cannot guarantee the protection of information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, copy, disclosure, destruction, or alteration or that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others or by breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards. As a result, all personal information you disclose to us is at your own risk.
We may work with third-party marketing partners, such as Google Analytics, who use technologies such as “pixel tags” or “web beacons” on our or their own behalf. Such technologies typically take the form of small images embedded in emails or websites and are used to determine whether an email was opened or what part of a website a visitor has viewed. These technologies do not contain any personal information and are merely used to gather information to analyze traffic to websites for the sake of improving a user’s experience therewith or to enhance marketing efforts.
How do we respond to do not track signals?
We use Squarespace for our website, and as far as Do Not Track signals go, Squarespace sites use information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer websites, to track users’ movements around websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Squarespace sites do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. So to the best of our knowledge, Squarespace does not currently support recognition of Do Not Track protocol. Users of this site should anticipate that data regarding their visit to this site is collected and used in the aggregate as mentioned earlier in this paragraph.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We may share your information with service providers that provide us with support services, such as credit card processing, offering and administering promotions or special offers, website hosting, email and postal delivery, membership program management, product and service delivery, analytics services, or conducting academic research, so long as those parties agree to keep any personally identifiable information confidential in accordance with the terms of this Statement. In many cases, such as with our forthcoming membership program (which will be administered through Squarespace), the Company may not even have access to certain of your personally identifiable information.
In addition, we may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, legal regulatory bodies or authorities, enforce our User Agreement or this Statement, or protect and defend our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information (such as generic aggregated information) may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Services or administer activities on our behalf, including but not limited to sending out notices. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes.
Third Party Links and Content
Users may find advertising or other content on our Services that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties, and vice-versa. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Services. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Services, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies and the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

The right to data portability; you have the right to ask for any data supplied directly to the Company by you to be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
The right to object; you may object to further processing of your data that is inconsistent with the primary purpose for which it was collected, including profiling, automation, and direct marketing.

You can otherwise always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with requests to update or delete personally identifiable information you have previously provided to us.
